Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Custom-Made Products
Many of our products, including custom-fit precious metal press-on nails and bespoke jewelry, are made specifically for each client. Because every order is individually crafted, slight variations in color, texture, finish, dimensions, and other details are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
3. Ordering Process
Orders are not placed into production until all required information, measurements, molds, or other requested materials have been received and verified.
Estimated production times begin only after all required materials have been received.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout where required.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless otherwise stated. Orders will not begin production until payment has been successfully processed.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.
After the 24-hour cancellation period, custom-made items are generally non-refundable because materials and production may already have been allocated specifically to your order.
If Wrought in Heaven Jewelry is unable to complete your order, an appropriate refund will be issued.
7. Repairs & Remakes
If your item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Repair or remake requests are evaluated individually. Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper care, normal wear, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow care instructions may not qualify for complimentary repair or replacement.
8. Care of Your Jewelry
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with their purchase. Precious metals naturally develop character over time and may require routine cleaning or maintenance depending on wear and environmental conditions.
9. Product Availability
Because many pieces are handcrafted, availability may be limited. We reserve the right to discontinue products, modify designs, or update specifications without prior notice.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including photographs, designs, artwork, logos, text, graphics, product names, and original jewelry designs, is the intellectual property of Wrought in Heaven Jewelry and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wrought in Heaven Jewelry shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or our products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
